Hi there, I have a burning question and I thought this would be a great place to ask it.
Does such a tool exist that you give it a set of search terms and then it checks where you are ranking for those terms–preferably over time.
For me, “paris hotels” is an important search term, as is “paris hotel”, hotel paris, hotels paris and to a lesser extent hotels in paris and hotel in paris.
You can basically multiply those search terms by x number of cities and you’ve got my company’s bread & butter.
I want to hire a few people to do seo, and i want to monitor their performance on a daily basis. So I would like to give each of them 5 cities (multiplied by the 4 search terms above) then plot where we are ranking for all those permutations on a daily basis, to see who’s performing best, and how quickly they can produce results etc.
Is there software that can do that? What is the best way to achieve this?
Thanks in advance for your time
Alex
Hi there,
The first answerer misunderstood my request. To clarify I am looking for a tool that can help me to measure or audit the ranking of certain URLs for certain keywords.
Please let me know!
They’ve been calling me for ages wanting me to pay them $15 to evaluate my website. I finally let them do it. Of course they want to optimize the website and do a monthly thing. I was that close to signing up when 3 red flags went up. I am a reputable business person, so I can tell when someone isn’t.
I have tried to O my own SE’s, but really I do need help. It just seems there are so many scam artists out there. I will pay for SEO. I just don’t want to be SCREW’d
Help.
I recently created a blogspot blog, and verified it with a Google meta tag. I got it to verify, but now the meta tag text is visible at the top of my blog, above the header. I don’t think that’s normal. How can I get rid of it without getting rid of the whole meta tag?
The text appears above the Blogger search bar.
I have it entered under where it says “
“. Where should I have it typed?I have a client whose page consists of two languages: french and english. The want to include both french and english words mixed within the meta tags. Can search engines recognize and read metas that have two different languages mixed in together?
Also, if they can do you know of any examples of who might already have two languages mixed within the metas? I’m basically looking for proof that search engines can actually read the tags?
My question is how do SEO services offer link building to clients for a cheap price? I noticed many clients do not want links from web directories, article directories, forum postings, social bookmarketing or blogs. They also ask that the links be added for free. So how the heck do you get these links?
