Hi,
I have recently started a new website and have been using automated query tools to check my link popularity and keyword rating.
I’ve just read google guidelines and it said it was a bad idea to use such tools. Taking into account that I was also planning on getting an SEO software to monitor my website promotion I was wondering if it was safe to do?
Thanks for help everybody.
I mean automated SEO tools. There’re many websites on the internet that help you to check your SE rankings, keyword rankings, link popularity and more.
When you use those sites and softwares they send automated queries to search engines like Yahoo and Google to get information.
To my knowledge search engines do not like it and google say they will penolise website for it.
IS IT TRUE and using those softwares and websites is a bad idea?

I’m looking for a good SEO company or firm to do a few projects for me.

The company must ABSOLUTELY not outsource their content. I want only original in-house content from professional writers. I keep encountering SEO companies who outsource their content to garbage websites like Scriptlance and the content comes back very obviously written by non-native English-speakers.

Additionally, I would like a company who can provide me with comprehensive SEO posted to only PageRank 4 and above sites.

Anyone know of a solid company with affordable rates?

Hi I am having an issue that you all may be able to help me with. I have a company that is more focused into the Search Engine Marketing and/or Optimization and I focus on small/medium sized business as the targets. My issue is that many of the smaller ones want a site done in addition to this (Which we can do but don’t always have the time, and they have smaller budgets which makes it even harder). How do you think we should handle these sites. People want to be satisfied as well as have a good price that is affordable to them.

Thank You Very Much for your Answers

meta tags
Universal Citizen asked:

If HTML frames don’t carry ‘head’ tags, where should I put meta (& title) tags?

Please illustrate with a simple example showing where meta tags and the title go relative to the frames tags. If not and you put meta tags on a single document that appears within a frame, will the whole frameset appear when the user chooses the link from their search engine?

I havea website that is physically hosted through a US server, is there any way that I can tell webmaster tools that my site is a UK business. The extension is a .co.uk, i’m concerned that the physical IP address will harm my SEO potential within Google.co.uk as geolocation is widely considered as one of the relevancy ranking factors.

Thanks
